Guidelines for Blue Title Marketing at Open House & Networking Events
We appreciate you inviting us to market our services at your event! To ensure we’re all in compliance with our understanding of all state and federal rules and regulations, we have established a few guidelines related to our marketing efforts at these functions:
Communications: The Blue Title logo must appear in all marketing communication for the event, including emails, promotional items, etc. You can download our logo at www.blue-title.com/logo or request one via email. We will also provide informational materials to be displayed at the event. Lastly, any announcement of sponsors or participants at the event must include a mention of Blue Title.
Participation: As our schedule allows, we will plan to be at the event to assist and meet guests.
Funds: Our contribution is limited to the lesser of: (a) 50% of the total event cost; or (b) $200. Please send receipts for all food, drink, decoration and signage when requesting funds.
Attendance: A minimum of 35 person attendance should be expected.
Expectation: Blue Title is participating in the event for the opportunity it provides to raise awareness of our brand and to share information about our services with potential clients. There is no expectation or requirement that the host of this event do business with, or refer business to, Blue Title.
