Meet the Team

Warren Beason is an experienced attorney, entrepreneur and investor.  Prior to forming Blue Title, Warren practiced law in the real estate and financial services practice group of Bradley Arant Rose & White, LLP, the state of Alabama’s largest law firm.  Since leaving the practice of law, he has been involved in multiple businesses and investment opportunities primarily related to real estate.

At Blue Title, he is responsible for leading the company’s day to day operations, as well as determining strategic vision and strategy.  He is passionate about maintaining the highest degree of service and enjoying a personal relationship with our clients and colleagues.

Warren received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from Auburn University.  Away from the office, Warren enjoys spending time with his family, being involved in international mission projects and CrossFit.

Lisa Shaffer has over 20 years experience closing real estate transactions.  She has worked for some of the country’s largest title companies, including First American Title, North American Title and Chicago Title.  During her tenure with these companies, she was regional manager for multiple field offices and personally closed in excess of 7,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Lisa joined Blue Title in 2007.  She is one of the most experienced closers in the Panhandle and enjoys working to see each deal through to a successful conclusion.  Hard work, a comprehensive understanding of each transaction and strict attention to detail allow Lisa to effectively lead Blue Title’s Walton County office.

In addition to Paralegal training from Santa Fe Community College, Lisa has an Associates Degree in Real Estate Law from Pikes Peak Community College.

Amy Davis is a seasoned Gulf Coast real estate professional with over 15 years experience as a closing agent, title examiner and licensed real estate agent.

Amy’s time as a real estate agent gives her intimate familiarity with the needs and demands of the agent.  She also spent several years as both a title examiner and manager of one of the Gulf Coast’s largest title companies.  She utilizes this comprehensive track record of experience to effectively meet each of our client’s unique needs.

Amy has one son and one daughter and is active with the local high school band, as well as supporting many other school activities.  In their spare time, Amy and her children enjoy the area’s many local parks and libraries, as well as biking, deep sea fishing, concerts and movies.

Linda Callaway has over 20 years of experience handling all phases of accounting, payroll and human resources.  Prior to joining Blue Title, she worked for a small accounting firm.

At Blue Title, Linda is responsible for bookkeeping and accounting.  As a company, we place a premium on accountability and precision related to all funds in our care.  Linda’s strong organizational skills and attention to detail make her the ideal person to meticulously care for our books.

Linda’s family includes twin girls, a son, a granddaughter and Maggie Mae, a miniature dachshund she rescued.  In her spare time, Linda enjoys gardening, reading, antiquing, spending time with family and helping with the elderly.  She also has a small organizational business helping people organize their personal and business lives one task at a time.
